1inch equals 25.4 millimeters. Inner diameter is 0.75 inches. Inner length of each chamber is about 3/4 of an inch. My math is not good so I could not figure it out on millimeters. The pill fob is sold by Carlo 206-437-3153 or email is contact@cielopillholders.com. Maybe they can help. I myself find there is enough room for small medicines. I have another by cielo, I am happy with that one too. Also you might want look at Gus made. Their pill fobs are very high quality. They also have a dual chamber
