Excellent Fan Overall! Makes a great desk fan
The Vornado Pivot3 Fan is actually really good. Air flow on all three settings are fine and will provide a nice breeze to cool you off.I use this as my desk fan at work, and it does the job good. Summer is coming here in Texas and a fan is really needed.I believe it may circulate a whole room, but its not instant of course. It would take time. But that's not the purpose I bought this fan for.Complaint: On low, the fan makes a noise for a few minutes, almost like something is rattling, then about 5 minutes of use the rattling goes away. It is not heard on Medium and High settings.

Too noisy on medium and high speeds.
I know this is a small fan, and you can only ask too much. But if you want to use this in a shared space of any kind the high speed is going to bug your neighbors. Medium might, too, depending on your layout and the temperament of your neighbors.
