Great Seeds
Not the best gardener, but figured I would try growing seeds this last year. Of all the seeds I bought, these were the only ones that sprouted. Sigh, who knew that growing seeds is such a long process! I can see why plants can add up to be so much if you buy them full grown. In any event, if you grow lavender from seeds, it will take a while to sprout and what you have to show for your effort are little blades of grass at first. I bought a little tray to sprout these in, but would definitely recommend having a greenhouse or heated tray instead or your sprouts will take forever to grow. Unfortunately, these did not make it to adulthood because we over-watered them & moved them outside (lookout, the trays easily collect water in the bottom). Overall, happy they sprouted at least & learned how much work it is to grow seeds from scratch.

Buy from US sellers.
My seeds arrived quickly (purchased from a seller in the USA) I highly suggest you do the same I paid maybe $0.08 more and I got them a lot faster and I didn't have to deal with customs.Seeds look to be in good shape and I've planted 12-15 in 2 peat cells and put them inside my humidity dome. Its thunderstorming outside other wise I would take a photo of that as well. When I get some sprouts I'll take a photo and tell you how long it took to germinate in my region (Hardness 10 borderline 11 Gulf Coast).I am looking forward to growing a few of these plants and putting them underneath our windows for the smell during the fall and early spring when it's comfortable outside.I purchased a 500 count haven't personally counted but there is easily several hundred in the pack.--UPDATE--Well it's been 10 days so far and not supringly no sprouts yet. To be honest I wasn't expecting it but I thought it was possible.Still keeping the past damp with light mists and giving it a hour of fresh air each day (rooting other cuttings) I've had good success in the past with starting seeds in my humidity dome.Morning Glory's are notorious for taking weeks to sprout and out of 12 seeds I had 9 sprouts in 2 days and 10 by day 4. Anyways I plan on keeping this updated maybe check back in 2 weeks of nothing has happened.--Day 26--Still have not seen a sprout, a little discouraged might put some in warm water and set it outside for a day or two then try and plant those. As of yet tho I've seen no sign of light from the 12-15 seeds I planted.--Update-- Its been roughly 2 1/2 months I believe and to date I've gotten 0 sprouts, no sign of life what so ever. Last month I dumped the whole bag in a empty pout with fresh potting soil in it and lightly rubbed my fingers over the surface to mix the seeds in slightly. I have watered weekly with a very fine mist and nothing. Nothing out of the 500 seeds, this is the first time I'm years that I've had a complete and utter failure. With the problem with Customs taking the seeds and so many people saying they had no germination I can not recommend this product. I even left the seeds in my fridge for about 3 weeks before I planted 400+ seeds in the soil.

Doesn't appear to have grown.
I planted in the backyard in the spring. Weeds took over. There is a tree back there and I'm told lavendar needs full sun. Recently went to Lowes and bought 8 already grown potted lavender plants with a one year guarantee for $1.00 each. they are in the front yard where they get more light and there is chicken grit (granite gravel) to keep the weeks away and keep them from getting to wet from all the rain. They are still alive and smell very good.

Got them :) germination rate not great :(
I live in he US and got mine fine. No way I’m counting to see if there’s actually 5,000, but there are plenty. So far, i haven’t planted them all. But the germination rate isn’t great so far. I sprinkled a pinch or so over a little pot and so far only have 2 that have germinated. I still have plenty left though, so I’ll update later when I’ve planted more. It’s definitely lavender, love that smell.

Grown successfully in Texas
I would add few tip in getting success to get these seeds sprouted. They need little patience and process. Firstly, I kept the seed packet into refrigerator last spring for about 30 days. Then this spring, I’ve put them into a seed growing peat moss in the sun and kept watering. Every seed is sprouting in 2-3 weeks. I also kept few seeds into direct sunlight in a closed plastic container in a moist kitchen paper towel, added few drops of water every couple of days. Again here too the seeds sprouted. I would add the picture later with both approaches. But freezing them, consistency and patience is key to success with these seeds. Seedlings are growing slower. I’ll move them into the yard as soon as they are few 4-6 inches.

Worth the wait
Ordered this a while ago. The seeds sat in a drawer for a couple of months. I finally got a chance to plant them using "Extra Strength Seed Starter Kit, 2 Pack Combo, 2 of Each - 1020 Tray, Humidity Dome, 200 Cell Plug Tray, by Bootstrap Farmer". I used about 5 seeds per pod. So far in roughly one week about 70 of the 180 cells I used started to sprout. I'll be transplanting them in a few weeks to 2" pots and then to the yard. I'm very pleased with both products. for $1.75 you cant beat it.

Bullcrap seeds
Literally ZERO of the seeds grew. After 3 weeks, I even dug into the dirt to look and ZERO of them germinated. Also you don't get 5,000 seeds. You get like 300 if that. They totally sucked. Plus, they told me not to send the other package back and would send me a new one. Then literally, months later, I got a notification saying if I don't pay for them I was going to be charged after a certain date. First of all, you don't get the order if you don't pay for it first. They don't send them for free if you don't pay for them. I didn't bother sending them back because it was so cheap but they also said not to send them back they would send a replacement. Which I did receive but the same issue of it not being more than 300 seeds and definitely NOT anywhere near 5,000. Then they charged me anyways for seeds that NEVER grew. Do not buy this product at all.
