Excellent!
Last year I bought a hose reel that was able to swivel… except that it did not perform in that manner. It became quite dangerous. I ended up having to get rid of them.I purchased two of these this year, and they have been excellent! They look pretty against my house and function well!!

Makes life easier
Got these to replace the old plastic on the ground hose reels we had. These are so much easier to use than the old ones! Why did I wait so long to do this? My only complaint is that I wish the mounting hole widths were adjustable. My wall did not have 16 inch centers. Had to mount it differently.

Horrible instructions and no assistance
I cant tell you if the product works well cause I'm having difficulty mounting. I'm having to mount to brick in the back yard. It comes with masonry anchors with no instructions on how to use. Had to go to local box store to find out. No contact info in the instruction manual for assistance. Use a 1/2 in masonry bit like the instructions say, but anchor wouldn't fit. Tried to increase the hole slightly with circular motion while drilling. Had to gently force the anchors in and now the bolt is unusable and no way to get the anchor out. Poor insufficient and no info for assistance. Typical cheap amazon buy. Waste of time and money.

The product is good
The product is good, it looks nice and it works well. Initially there was little problem with the crank which the seller solved generously. The installation instructions could be a little better though.

major yardwork improvement
I didn't realize how insanely easier this would be than coiling the hose manually. 1 minute of cranking and the 100' hose is put away neatly.The bolts it came with were way overkill for attaching to my clapboard siding. I opted for ones half the size and it's still extremely sturdy.

Good sturdy design
I mounted this directly to steel fencing to replace an old plastic hose reel. It came with all kinds of mounting hardware, which I didn’t need for my application. It’s quiet and smooth - good quality connection hardware. I recommend
