This stuff is the bomb for making BBQ sauceHere’s a simple BBQ sauce recipe that includes Aleppo peppers, Heinz chili sauce, and Muscovado sugar:Ingredients:• 1 cup Heinz chili sauce• 1/2 cup Muscovado sugar• 2 tablespoons Aleppo pepper flakes• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar• 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce• 4 tbsp beer (preferably Pilsner)*• 2 cloves garlic, minced• 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin• 1/2 teaspoon salt• 1/4 teaspoon black pepperInstructions:1. I am open to try new flavors, and I am very glad I did this time. Although expensive for a bag of brown sugar, it was well worth the money. I used this in espresso made in my stove top pot. It provides a touch of sweetness and a lot of added flavor. The coffee is more robust & flavorful, not at all "sweet". It is the best of the dark brown sugars I have tried.

The purpose of purchasing this sugar was to make a dark brown sugar syrup to go with the Boba drinks. I was making. I love how deep and rich this dark brown sugar can become, and was the perfect addition to my brown sugar, Boba I made from scratch. I will definitely be buying this again.

If you like boba brown sugar milk tea this is THE sugar to buy. This sugar literally makes the drink. The flavor is amazing. Compared to regular brown sugar this is pretty pricey but the taste is so worth it. Not to mention I can make a ton of boba milk and it is still much less than the $6 I was paying for each boba milk drink at the local restaurant. Once you open it you will need an airtight container to put it in but I would definitely recommend this sugar.

If you're not familiar with Muscovado, try this! It's simply the best. Remember that Muscovado has molasses added back to the sugar, so it will be noticeably stronger (better) than "dark brown" sugar. It is definitely not a substitute for "light brown" sugar. When it arrives, it will likely be hard as a brick. Simply buy a clay sugar freshness disc (I got a set of four here on Amazon), follow the directions on the disc package, and the next day you'll have perfectly soft sugar! Enjoy!

It’s a good kind but very expensive

This dark brown sugar is perfect for baking chocolate treats. It packs well, mixes well and the flavor is wonderful. Always keep an extra package on hand jyat incase. It can be substituted for light brown sugar. Great value to consider for baking.
