This is my favorite case ever. Just got a new iPad mini 5, and had to throw away all my mini 3 cases. Love that this is a one-piece design that is easy to put on. It is very thick silicone that is easy to hold and seems like it will protect well. I think it looks really sharp on. I am thrilled with this purchase!

Case color is nothing like ad. It is more red orange. Case is not a snug fit, somewhat sloppy when holding. It should offer good protection for the aprox $15 I spent though.Update: speaker cut outs do not line up for mini 5

Don't be fooled by the name UZBL. This isn't one of those random "marketplace" companies whose name is a jumble of letters. This product is from a company based in the US. We needed a case for one of our sports teams to use. This product fit the bill (not too bulky, but protective), and felt like a quality product. If I had to pick one thing, I'd say it would be nice to see this product offered with an optional hand strap -- I'd buy even more!

I have had this cover on my iPad for 4 years. It is a fantastic cover- lightweight, easy to clean, easy to hold onto with one hand. I have the same covers on my classroom iPads and have had only a minor scratch to a screen after 6 years of use. This is why I bought another with a new iPad mini. Only wish there were more color options

I ordered the Fiji Blue color. It is beautiful and feels nice to hold. It is elegant and smooth to the touch for a silicone case. I prefer a "grippier" more "rubbery" feel, just as a personal preference and I'm a little nervous about it slipping out of my hand.I would agree with a previous reviewer who described the "Fiji Blue" color as shown in the listing photo as a "peacock" blue, and the one I received was the correct (a beautiful) color. (From what the previous reviewer described, it sounds to me like he received a "Blue" colored case, which is more of a traditional, brighter, "Royal" blue.)HOWEVER, this case was designed for the iPad Mini 4 (and not for the 2019 Mini 5).Here are the problems in my view:1. While the outer frame of the case fits the Mini 5, it is snug, but a slightly loose over all fit compared to many other rubber and silicone cases.2. Since the microphones on the Mini 5 are positioned in the center top (not the side as they were on the Mini 4) the mics are completely covered over by this case. That is a fatal flaw in my opinion.I would not hesitate to buy this case for a Mini 4. But with the microphones obstructed, I feel it is improper to offer this case for the Mini 5.

I got this to protect the Mini when using with Foreflight. Case is durable and not bulky while adding protection. Glad I found it.

The case provides protection for the iPad but the power button is rendered sensitive so that when I brush against that area, the power button is engaged and asks if I want to shut down. That said, when I do want to shut down the device, I have to first press the front of the case, hold it down, then push the power button from behind. I wouldn't recommend this case for the iPad mini (5th generation), perhaps it was better for the earlier version.

I took a chance on this since it hadn't had any reviews on the Mini 4 model, and I really loved the deep, peacock blue color in the photos. I was rather disappointed when I got it in the mail and it's actually a really vivid bright blue. The color is way off in the pictures... I was pretty bummed about that, I was scared the color would be off but liked this blue vs the red. So for that reason I cannot give it 5 stars. The color is super bright. Great for kids, but I was wanting something a bit more subtle for myself.Overall the design is nice. I like that it is not super bulky and is easy to get on. I returned a case for how hard it was to get on. This does not include a screen protector, but I like using my own. The buttons are all easy to press through the case. I have not tested out the speakers yet, but I have read reviews on the other versions that say they love how the design amplifies the sound.Overall it's an nice case, and seems like it will give enough protection against drops, but I am really bummed by the color. So be ware that the colors shown likely are not how they are in person.
