Works on rock lath
Was having some despair when after two days of work I had struggled to cut out 1/3 of the ceiling opening for a new attic ladder and melted through over $50 of blades. When I finally got a piece out and realized it was rock lath (plaster over a cement board) it made sense when even hardened cutting blades were melting in moments. I didn't feel comfortable taking a diamond cutting wheel on a rotary cutter to my ceiling, and over my head, so I tried these on the recommendation of the normal oscillating blade's quality from a popular review source and order three packs of them - hoping they would work but expecting to still need a bunch.Turns out one blade finished the removal of the ceiling in a fraction of the time and effort as I had spent already. It's still a slow, terrible, awful, messy, nightmare of a process to cut through rock lath since you're just grinding it into fine dust. These worked though and left a relatively clean and stable edge (rock lath usually winds up ragged and crumbling with standard tools). Still make sure you put plastic up to contain all the fine dust and wear protective equipment.Hopefully these work as well on my grout issues when I get to that and will keep them on hand for anytime I need to cut into the rock lath walls in the future.

Awesome Diamond nlades
Have gone through half a dozen or so diamond blades for my multi tool. These are by far the best and are already on my reorder. They not only cut faster than the others but last at least twice as long, making them a high performance bargain!!

Floor tile grout removal
Received the multi blade pak for floor tile grout removal. The side swing design blades 2 worked really well. My wife and I used them with Dewalt 3 speed oscillating tools to remove grout in 16×16 floor tiles. The good: the swing blade design is the best of the 3.The diamond coating lasted 3 times longer than a Milwaukee diamond coated blade that was 35 bucks for one.The Bad: the straight blade worked but not near as useful for large wide grout lines 1/4 plus. Also wore out faster (diamond coating ) than swing design. The ugly: the half moon blade is too small to reach in the grout line at depth. It doesn't have enough clearance from the oscillating head to be useful. Maybe some smaller tool designs at the head other than dewalt would work.P.S. Don't bother with carbide coated blades for this type of work, purchased a pac at Walmart and they wore out very quickly.Would buy them again. Just purchased a 3 pak of swing design to finish up the 1000 plus sq ft of floor tile grout.

Great for grout/tile removal!
I had a huge plumbing issue in my finished tiled basement and wanted to try and reuse the tiles in my bathroom to patch the main area without having to retile the entire area. I originally purchased one diamond blade from a big box store for $37 but needed more. I thought I’d try these out as an alternative and I’m so happy I did! They lasted longer and were SO much cheaper! I needed more and thought I’d try a 20 pack from a different brand on Amazon and they are definitely not as good. I can maybe get through the grout of one 13x13 tile before they dull out. I wish I would have just purchased more of these instead!

Somewhat satisfied
I purchased for express use to remove 1/8 grout joint. The product did okay but also occurred some tile surface damage resulting in complete removal of those tiles. I think their rounded diamond blades may have been a better choice for me but was committed to what I purchased. I think if grout joints are larger than 1/8”, this blade would be sufficient.

We pounded them cutting through plaster for electrical access
I purchased these for a job where we wanted to make multiple detail cuts in 1950's plaster walls. We loaded them into the multi-tools and worked a full shift cutting plaster. The work is slower than using diamond blades in a grinder. The grinder solution makes a huge, huge mess. The multi-tool makes better cuts and you can keep up with the plaster dust with a shop vac. The blades lasted a whole shift and will go back to work tomorrow. I will repurchase them and keep them on hand. They are way better for grout and plaster than the store-bought ones.

not as good as the swing blades
The rounded diamond blades work much much better. Not sure why but these have a hard time getting through the same stuff.

Good but not great
These blades do not cut as well as I expected, but they do an acceptable job with grout removal. I think the way the diamond coating is made is different than other blades I have used. These do not appear to have any exposed diamond grit. The grit seems to be completely encapsulated by the material that holds it onto the blades, so there isn't as much of a cutting action as I have seen with other blades. Overall I think they are a good value for what they cost.
