I'm just sharing my personal experience. I'm not getting anything for my honest review. I bought this because my chiropractors office uses a similar pillow under my knees during therapy but this one is way better than the one they use because it's firmer, higher, has one side that's flat & feels better to my back. (I should take this pillow with me to my next chiropractor visit & show it to them) I can use this pillow under my knees while sleeping on my back or between my knees on my side. It's difficult for me to describe. I know it sounds silly but the pillow feels like a sturdy stuffed animal if I cuddle with it while watching tv in the living room. It's a comfortable feeling for me as a grown up. I used this under my neck one night because I was having headaches and felt I needed to try it as a neck pillow. I remembered reading reviews from others using the pillow under their necks so I thought I'd try it that way, too. I got so much relief using this pillow under my neck. It's the first pillow to ever feel right for me under my neck. I could feel it aligned my neck the way it should be. I am grateful because my chiropractor said I only need to be adjusted 1 time a month now & I feel it is partly due to using this pillow. I fell asleep on the couch without my pillow last night and my neck hurts so I know this pillow really has made a huge impact on my body in a wonderful way. The problem for me was since I started using it on my neck I was having to use a regular pillow under my knees. Once I realized how much this pillow was making my neck feel better I knew I needed to order another one so I could use one for my neck and knees. My husband agreed for me to order another one, so I did & received it today. I feel he should order a couple for himself. This 2nd pillow order came with an offer for a free pillowcase protector for a regular bed pillow with the option of ordering the size of my choice. The first one did not come with the free pillowcase protector offer (it doesn't fit these pillows) but it's free so I ordered it. There is no shipping on it either so it really is free. I don't know what it will look like when I get it but the photo of it looks nice and it was a nice unexpected surprise. This Half-Moon Bolster pillow I bought comes with a nice removable cover that feels soft and is quilted. Mine is an off-white color with taupe colored markings and the words HOME GOODS on it. My pillows both came wrapped tight in bubble wrap and when I unwrapped the plastic mine expanded to the full size right away. It would be nice if these came in a choice of other colors but that's not as important to me as this pillow has a removable washable cover, even though it's not my ideal color. The instructions say do not wash the actual foam pillow but the cover can be removed my unzipping it on the bottom, take it off and hand wash in cold water, then line dry. I haven't done that yet. But when I do, if there is a problem I will come back and update my post. I'm extremely pleased with these pillows. SIDE NOTE: Currently, while I type this I actually have my laptop resting on one of the pillows on my lap. It brings my laptop up to where it should be to prevent stress on my neck. (I'm a 5'9" tall women) I am also a woman of many words sometimes but I don't always leave long detailed reviews like this one. However, If I help one person by writing this review, it's worth it to me. :)

Having to put off knee surgery because of COVID 19, I was desperate for something to help me sleep without pain. In a week this pillow has reduced swelling significantly and relieved my pain to a manageable level. It keeps the knees at just the right level and allows me to actually sleep 6-7 hours straight. It’s soft and comfy and even works well laying on my side. While not everyone may not get the relief I have, for $25 it’s worth a try. I highly recommend it and I, admittedly, was very skeptical.

I use this as a neck pillow, so it's kind of sturdy/firm against my neck, but it's also soft underneath that sturdiness, if that makes sense. I haven't slept on it and don't plan to, but use it to stretch out the muscles in my neck and then move to another pillow to sleep. It's good with or without the extra foam, which you can take out and put back in; that just makes it higher or shorter, accordingly. It's comfortable enough for me to turn my head to the side and get in a sleeping position while not hurting my ears, but again, I don't use it for a full night's sleep. It weighs so little, it tends to shift a lot under the pressure of my head and neck, and I sometimes have to reach back to straighten it out, but overall it does what it's made to do -- lengthen and soothe core muscles. It holds up pretty well, and the cover is comfortable and soft enough to use as a pillow case. There is no smell to it that I could discern, and it doesn't run hot, but it's not a cooling pillow, either.

This is the BEST pillow for sleeping positions! Perfect amount of give as a knee pillow — my bursitis is finally manageable. Also great for back sleepers, as I usually wind up halfway through the night. It goes under my knees and I have had ZERO back pain since using this. I've had it for several months now! Best decision I ever made.

I have chronic back pain and was trying to find a great back and side sleeping knee pillow. I received my Coop Half Moon Pillow in a very small box. Interesting how that fit it in there. Here are my opinions on the purchase. The Good: Very firm and that is what I like in a knee pillow. A knee pillow should support your knees while laying on your back. There is less than a inch of compression and I am a big guy, 215lbs. A nice extra is that this pillow is good for lumber support while sitting in an office chair or even in your car or truck. The Bad: There should be an option for a pillow case with this pillow. The zip case that comes with it a thin, with a weak zipper and fabric that will friz up. A optional pillow case would be nice. The Ugly: This is not a good pillow for side sleeping with the pillow between your knees. It is not wide enough to do much good. Under knee support while laying on your back it is great, Between the knee support while laying on your side is a big thumbs down. Summary, worth the money but I am still trying to find a good knee pillow for both back and side sleeping. Perhaps I should have gone with a fully round pillow and not a half moon or a smaller size firm regular pillow that is 4-5 inches deep. The search continues, but this pillow will be used until I get a better one.

This pillow is very comfortable and can be used under the head, between the knees while side sleeping, as a back support while side sleeping or as a pillow to hug while sleeping. I imagine it would work well under the knees for sleeping on the back, but I have not tried that. It is very comfortable as it is, but you can easily remove layers to make it lower if needed. I’m thinking about buying a second one.

I use this pillow throughout the day and when I sleep. I have a decent at home office chair, but it just didn't have the lumbar support. Instead of just buying a whole new chair, I got this. Helps correct my poor posture. I work behind a computer all day. This helped a lot with make sure I have the proper posture while at the desk. I'm also trying to be better with sleeping on my back (apparently it's really good for you), I remember getting my lashes done, they had a pillow like this and they places it under my knees, and it just felt so much better on my back. So I sleep it, under my knees, and I get the best night sleep. I also suffer from cervical kyphosis (the lose in the curve in your neck) and I use this for therapy. Overall it's just a great pillow to have. It does have that foam smell out of the package, but it cleared up after a couple of days.

Great medium sized bolster. Firm and holds is shape. I would prefer larger (similar to the one used by my esthetician) but so far Amazon coop does not offer various sizes for this item.

This has been very helpful for a sore back. It was shipped quickly and was as discribed.

After adding this pillow my neck and shoulder reduced significantly!

Noticed it was ripped after I took it out of the vacuum seal. Had to return and get a new one. But I did let it sit and fluff it just to try it and it’s comfy. Supports my neck well but it does sink in a bit without going completely flat. Does what it needs to for my neck and shoulders, which is why I decided to return and get a new one instead of just a return. Received my second pillow today after first one received was ripped. Second one also cane damaged and I used nothing but my hands to open so no sharp objects were involved which may have damaged the product. Not bothering to return the second one but just annoyed that both products came damaged.

I'm a lash technician and it works great for when my clients lay down and the pillow lays underneath there knees (helps with back issues) Would highly recommend:)
