Q: Is this the original rose scent or the newer version? Thanks

It must be the original scent, I’ve been using Yardley for sometime and I have not noticed any changes in the Rose scent: the reason I buy it!

Q: Does the top screw off? My mother cannot use an atomizer because of physical restriction.

The top on mine will not screw off. Perhaps you could use a pick or some other device to loosen the crimping that holds it on. Otherwise you could spray the cologne into another bottle and use it without the atomizer. I hope this helps!
