That would be up to each local store but it's easy to warranty directly with the manufacturer

Q: What length of shears and right or left handed?

In this large case, you can be purchased it with the 5" shear + thinner or the 5.75" shear + thinner or the 6.5" shear + thinner. All of these are right handed. The SilkCutPro is available in left handed (in its smaller case) but not in the large case deal. Happy Styling - Olivia Garden
