All components work as expected, and the buttons have a constant light on. There is no light in the joysticks. There is only one cable to connect for each button, and one cable for the joystick.The only negative point is that there are no instructions provided.Notes:If you get a USB disconnect when moving the joystick on the Y axis then you have connected the joystick to the wrong socket - there are two sockets where this connector fits so just use the other socket and it should work fine.It works on Ubuntu Linux.The operating system identifies the controller as "DragonRise Inc. Generic USB Joystick".On Ubuntu for test and calibration use jstest-gtk (sudo apt install jstest-gtk && jstest-gtk &).I have not tested with any commercial games, only with games and robot controllers we have made ourselves as part of our homeschooling curriculum, and it all works great.
