It's the neatest thing. It's got all these little lights on it. I bought it for an office prize and everyone wanted it!

The Ice Cream Light with NO LIGHT
When I opened the package I thought that this was a really cute decoration for a little girl's birthday party. It looked like it would be nice all lit up on a table. It did not come with batteries, so I put 2 FRESH Amazon batteries in and flipped the switch. I tried it in both directions (in case I was mistaken about which way was on and which was off). The lights didn't go on. I replaced the batteries with 2 more just to be certain and once again...NOTHING. It didn't light up at all. It's like having the ice cream fall out of the cone when you REALLY want to eat it - DISAPPOINTING.
