US 7 (women's)= size 5 big kids - Kids sizes are 2x smaller (number- wise) than women's adult-size numbers. - I am a size US 6 women's and always, always buy a size 4 big kids (including my docs), and they fit perfectly.

Q: Are the sizes listed uk size or us? my 8 yr-old wears us size 1. so according to size chart would i get the size 13s?
