We have a few of Klein's bags. They are all well made of heavy duty material. This one has a hard plastic bottom with raised feet. There is a lot of room inside this thing. It has big eyelets to hang it. It works the best if it is hanging. Hanging it holds the sides up so you can slide tools into the pockets and reach down into the bottom. You should look into getting the Klein Tools 5144H Hook. They are sold each, not in a pair, so will will have to order two. They work pretty good for hanging the bucket. They hooks are also heavy duty! They go good with the bucket.

This is worth it if you need a bag for your bucket to throw your tolls or supplies in.

I need to replace the tool bucket on my Kubota. Carry a few hand tools, folding saw and a rope. This works perfect. Used some zip-ties to connect to the roll bar. Right size. Good shape. Well made and will last for years. Expensive. However, "buy it right the first time you'll forget what you paid".
