Will this work for a 2011 Polaris rush 800 cylinder

It works to accurately torque 12mm & 14mm bolts, when there is not enough space for you to fit a ratchet-style torque wrench & socket over the bolt.  This is common in older air-cooled 2-stroke motors, where the cooling fins stick out over the base bolt and prevent you from being able to get a ratchetting torque wrench & socket on that bolt.  If there is something in the way preventing you from being able to fit a torque wrench & socket over a 12mm or 14mm bolt on your Polaris, then this should work just the same.  This wrench basically acts as an extension for your torque wrench.  Because the extension adds extra leverage, there is a calculation that you will need to make (the wrench comes with full instructions) in order to set the correct/adjusted torque setting on your torque wrench.  Also, I believe you'll want to keep the wrench/extension parallel to your torque wrench when tightening, because the leverage changes as the extension moves from parallel to perpendicular, so don't "ratchet" the torque wrench when using, otherwise your resulting torque spec will be inaccurate. Where can I get one of these in 13mm? or 1/2"?

I don't think they make one in 13mm or 1/2".  If you are working on a metric bike top-end, what you might be able to do is find some 14mm nuts that have the same thread diameter & pitch as the 13mm nuts that are on your bike now.  You won't need this tool to disassemble the bike, but when you put the bike back together, use the new 14mm nuts, and then you can use this tool to properly torque the new 14mm nuts down.  I've only used this tool on a couple air-cooled 2-stroke bikes and I will say it comes in handy to properly set the torque on those bolts where the air fins don't allow enough clearance for a socket & torque wrench.

It comes with a conversion chart.basicaly it's 3/4 of torque but if you have it at 90. Degrees to the wrench it is what the wrench is set to ..
