I have a beloved 15 year old house cat with kidney and liver disease. My vet, who has been a godsend, recommended these for Minie when she seemed to be declining. They work so well that I've actually stopped the IV fluids that I was administering daily. Now my cat just gets one of these crushed up on her breakfast each morning. The directions say do not crush, so check with your vet first or use a pill administrator to give these to your cat if you're able. Because Minie is already frail, my vet said it would be best not to wrestle pills down her, so crushing them in her case is fine. My dog's ALT liver levels are high and his vet recommended this product but their price is a whopping $74.00! I found one for much less through Amazon...only $18.99.

Hello. My little guy left us 6/02/22. He was born 03/16/08. The doctors told us he would not live more than 2 years. I found BioLiv all natural, and Sam-E/Denamarin, recommended by our Vet. He lived 14 years, had and gave a lot of love. He died of CHF of all things, not even his liver. Great product!

This supplement has worked wonders for my dog who is an Italian Greyhound with seizures. He is on phenobarbital to control his seizures but causes liver damage. From our experience, I credit this with returning his liver enzymes (ALT/AST} to normal after 8 years of phenobarbital use. This was my vet's assessment. We have been using these for 6 months now and strongly urge you to talk to your vet first but a great supplement to support the liver! My dog is 10 years old and I look forward to many more happy years with my sweet boy!

I am very upset that Amazon does not receive this item from the manufacturer. If they did they would not have problems procuring the product. Instead they go thru a third party who cannot for whatever reason always be able to have the item. I have contacted the manufacturer myself and was told they never run out of this item. WAKE UP AMAZON BUYER AND SMELL THE ROSES. GO DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURER AND OBTAIN THE ITEM.

This cannot fit down a small cats mouth! It's cruel to shove a large rock hard pull down a little body and not ok at all. I think it's terrible that they advertise this as being ok for small animals.

I brought two bottles. They arrived earlier than expected. However,one had an epiration date 7/2013 and the other 5/2015. After a few emails, the company or rather Micheal, customer rep made it right by sending me a replacement bottle with good dating. As for the product, I am hoping my pets condition will improved with continued use. So far the blood work is showing some improvement.
