This is a tabletop / tapered tree skirt to go beneath your tree handcrafted in the USA by a professional seamstress. It's 30" in diameter with three layers. The top layer is a sheer light teal blue material covered with silver metallic snowflakes. There's a layer of light teal blue satin underneath that with makes it shimmer. It's lined with the same satin on the reverse also. There's a 2" silver metallic ruffle around the outer edge. The skirt has a tab at one side opening with a matching tie at the top up next to the tree and a set of matching ties at the opening by the tree pole. It's innerlined with batting for shape. The opening for the tree is 1" in diameter. This is best suited for a 4 foot or so tabletop tree or a taller tapered one.
