WARN 87914 Hawse Style Winch Fairlead, Polished Aluminum

Quality made product. Looks great on the Jeep

I added this to my Jeep front bumper, looks good, good quality it does have a slight haze to the metal but looks good that way I think.

Excellent Warn quality. I went from steel cable to synthetic rope on my winch, and I needed to change from a roller fairlead to a hawse. Installation took less than 30 minutes. I have only winched once since buying the hawse and that was a relatively 'clean' pull (no mud, etc.). There was some slight burnishing/tarnishing of the hawse. Only time and use will show the quality, but I like it.

Looks great and will see how it withstands the harsh Idaho salted roads this winter. the original black painted warn winch peeled horrendously after 2 winters. I am hoping this does better.

Easy install, just needed some longer bolts to accommodate the thicker aluminum compared to thinner steel roller. Changed over from the steel cable. Seems to be working great.

This thing looks pretty nice. I didn't end up using it because my bumper was designed for a roller type fairlead. We'll see how bad my synthetic rope just gets "tore up" on that roller. It is made of cast aluminum and is polished on the front. Comes with quality stainless hardware.

I purchased this to replace my rollers used with a wire cable set-up on my WARN 9500 Ti Winch. This bolted right up, looks nice and this in combination with changing out the cable for a synthetic rope shaved off about 45 pounds on the front of my Jeep. Nice Setup. Thanks WARN.

Great unit

Product says polished aluminum but it is really a grey painted aluminum. Warn calls it new matte-aluminum. I don't know why they haven't changed their product description. They know it's not polished anymore..
