Love my lable printer, easy set up and turning on the printer itself, very easy!

I love that this is so easy and connects to my phone so it makes it very versatile and the app works well. no ink is even better it is thermal amd most thermal papers work well - great price and good investment. I am a baker so i need to make product stickers and it works well. Very well made , sturdy and small so it fits well in my space

This seems like a solid printer. Setup was easy. Printed my first label in under 5 mins. Would have been quicker but the app wouldn't send me a verification code to log in. Logged in as guest and it literally took seconds. Connected immediately over Bluetooth. Labels self aligned perfectly. Print quality was good and fast. It's small enough to use on the go, just note that it plugs into the wall. Overall it has been well worth the price and I can easily recommend it. Side note: some review videos I watched showed the paper stand from the last photo as included but It did not come with it. Not worried as it doesn't say that it does and I planned to 3d print my own stand anyways.

This printer is a game changer for the price, quality, speed and size. Print quality is great. If you are considering purchasing a thermal printer for shipping labels or any label, buy this. I 3D printed a stand that sits over fan fold labels to reduce the footprint of the printer even more.

I’ve been incredibly impressed with this label printer. It performs just as well as the more expensive brands I’ve used in the past, but at a much more reasonable price point. Setup was straightforward, Bluetooth connection has been reliable, and it prints clean, crisp labels every time. Save yourself the headache and frustration of this printer. I bought this printer and 9 months later it would not power on. I tried everything, then reached out to customer support but to no avail on the power cord so I purchase a new cord for $25.00 and hey look at that the printer powers on great, right? Nooo, for shipping labels for example it would print everything on the label except for the tracking number (of which you need to ship). I tried to google, and YouTube the issue and didn't get anywhere so I reached back out to Jadens support and finally after sending more pictures and videos and the model number etc to them (I don't know how many times they repeatedly asked for the same thing) they finally say they have escalated it to tech support and even gave me a ticket number (it had been a month of trying to get them to help at this point) and guess what, nothing. I have asked for an update, when I will here from tech support and nothing but a generic apology. I don't know if they are trying to stretch this out until the one year mark or what but it is truly ridiculous, this printer did not last and though they have the customer support button right here on Amazon I still did not get any help or solution to the issues. I had to mark out all personable identifiers on the label but you can see it printed everything minus the tracking number. I don't understand with the new power cord you would think it would have been fixed but all it kept doing was printing everything but the tracking number and pulling the label back in like it wanted to print more but never did so I would have to open the label maker to remove the incomplete label. I have included a redacted printed label where it would not print the tracking number but unfortunately I do not know how to remove personal info from videos so I cannot show the video on here of what it is currently doing. All the way around bad experience, brand new (when it was working) the print quality was only okay and then everything else just terrible. I hope this long (sorry about that) review helps save someone the headache and frustration I have had with this Jadens printer.

I use this printer almost every day for my bakery business. I use it to create labels for products and print shipping labels. The quality of the prints is always fantastic. I didn't struggle in the begging learning how to print different size labels, but now that I know how to switch back and forth it is super easy. Its nice and small and fits perfectly on my desk. Definetly worth the money especially if you can get it on sale! Great printer

After comparing multiple products in the same category went in for Jadens thermal shipping label printer. But it exceeded my expectations, the print quality is amazing and when I was struck in the installation I quickly sent a messege in whatsapp to the support team. Within couple of seconds I received the reply with the correct steps. Anybody can sell a product but the after sales support is very important. If you are looking to buy a shipping label thermal printer go for Jadens. They will not disappoint you.

I have had this for almost one year and I love it. Easy to install and essential for any online business. My first printer was cheaper but horrible I had to return. I wish I found this Jaden’s thermal printer first. Worth the money !
