how do you fold this wheel chair back to store in vehicle???!! no instructions came!!!

The back arms fold down fold in the the foot rests .Pull up on the seat and unit will collapse inward . You can then fit in the back or trunk

how much does it weigh, including the footrests?

I don't know how much the foot rests weigh but, since I remove them before I fold the chair to pull it into my car, their weight was not important. I will tell you the foot rests provided for this chair weigh less than my old ones and are way more comfortable. I love this chair!
