Does it come with 15 or 35 visual cards?

Never counted them but I know it’s a lot more than 15! Hope this is helpful to you!!

How big are the cards?

I haven't measured but the board is probably just under half the size of an a4 page. Smaller than i thought but the finish is good and images are clear.

Is there a way to get extra or blank cards? There's a few things we do regularly that aren't included e.g. baking, go to a café, play outside

I would buy another pack, or you could make your own if you have access to a printer and laminator. My eldest uses these, and before these were available they were printed on card and laminated. These were bought for my youngest :)
