Never a bad choice!

I’ve been using these Arm & Hammer Fridge-n-Freezer Odor Absorbers for years, and getting the 12-pack was a smart move that will keep me stocked for a long time. Each one is basically a box of baking soda with a special vented design, but boy do they make a difference in keeping odors at bay! I popped one in the refrigerator and one in the freezer as soon as my pack arrived. Within a day, I noticed the strange mingled food smell (you know, the leftovers, onions, and who-knows-what combo scent) was completely gone. The fridge just smells neutral now, which is exactly what you want – no smell at all. Using them is super easy: you just peel off the front and back panels of the box to expose the baking soda through the breathable screens, and then set it on a shelf. I replace them about every 30 days as recommended, and with this 12-pack I’m set for the whole year for both fridge and freezer. I even used a couple of extras in other creative ways. I put one under the sink near the trash can to combat any garbage odors, and one in the pantry where I keep potatoes and onions (to prevent any musty smells). These little orange boxes work wonders everywhere. In the freezer, it’s helped prevent that “freezer smell” from getting into my ice cubes, which is great because nobody likes funky-tasting ice. Even trying the old-fashioned trick of putting an open container of regular baking soda in the refrigerator & freeze, the ice still started picking up "freezer smell." For whatever reason, these little boxes work! No more freeze smell. We can enjoy ice again and a clean smelling freezer & refrigerator again. HIGHLY recommend.

The RV had not been opened up for a while. It smelled a little musty in some areas. Including the fridge/freezer. Popped some of these open and left them for a couple of days and poof! No more musty, damp smell. I like that these are packaged differently to maximize the surface area and baking soda exposed to the air without spilling. They are made to stay in the refrigerator and even have a space to write the date you put it in.

This is the go to product for fridge odors. I've used other products before, some more expensive ones, but I always go back to this one. It's super easy to use, it doesn't take up too much space, and it keeps your fridge fresh and odorless. It's also cheap as well, 1 box lasting a month (as intended) or even longer than that. A side note is, if you have really bad odors in your fridge you might want to use 2.

Good value. Easy way to buy this product which I can no longer find in the grocery store. I've been purchasing regular boxes of baking soda which don't have the side panel vents. I was happy to find these offered
