Q: Will this work on a 2000 psi green works electric power washer? Im not sure if the green works has a 3/8" or a 1/4" quick connect on it

It works great on my GreenWorks 1700 psi pressure washer.

Q: What are the Orifice sizes of the nozzel tips? does not say in the discription or the tips themselves. All that is stated is the spray angl.

They are the standard size that comes on all presure washers from any us store.. i have a pressure washer from walmart and one i got from home depot one low presure 1200 and one 3800 and it fits on either. When assmbled it can reach my second story gutters pretty easy could go another half story

Q: Could 2 kits be connected safely for a 2 story home, to clean gutters?

There's nothing saying you couldn't connect 2 kits, but you wouldn't have much control at that length so it might not be safe. I use mine to clean gutters on 2 story home and it takes all I can muster at just the full length of 1 set. Once the pressure hits, it's just not very stable.
