This is my new favorite mug! The handle is a comfortable fit. The colors start changing to a vibrant pink within seconds of adding hot water. Even when the tea becomes lukewarm, the lotus designs are still pink, even if slightly duller. The rim of the cup also fits the hook for a tea strainer well. Most decorative tea cups I have tried do not fit a lot of tea, but this one is a great size for a heavy tea drinker. The mug is a wonderful mix of aesthetic and practical.

I like this mug very much. I specifically like cherry blossom so this is pretty beautiful for me. As soon as I have received it, I had to try. The amount of the water I boiled was not enough to fill the mug which created a great test like before / after. ended up giving it as a gift, will buy another one for myself. The packaging was good enough. Good price.

Since I bought my first mug, I ordered two more -- in separate orders. Each time the mug arrived chipped and I had to return it. The box that comes with the mug is flimsy with insufficient padding; this was placed inside a simple plastic mailing envelope which didn't offer any further protection. In each case I had to return the mug and reorder. This was a pain in te neck, and I am reluctant to order any more of these, even though they work just fine (see below) once I get a non- damaged one. Previous comments: So far it works great and is quite attractive. I wash it very carefully with a sponge and warm water since, I've been told, the surface (where the color changes) is very delicate.

Good quality cup, nice color change with a hot beverage. No fading or chipping so far and I've been using it for months.

How can one dislike a mug? It is even better when it has an attractive picture, so, when the color changes to the amazement an pleasure of the audience, the ownership is increased that much more. Of course if you have good coffee to drink as was intended you win the morning. Thank you for your idea and finished product.
