no more muffin top
These are the best tights I've ever tried. They are the only ones I've ever purchased which did not have the waistband bite into my stomach or roll down causing unsightly creases or muffin tops. I am 5'6" and 200lbs and I purchased the X-LG and it fits great. The waist is so comfortable. I like to wear sweater dresses and boots in the winder and now my dresses look so much better on me. These were pricy, but for me they are well worth the price. Now that I've tried them I plan on buying them again.

Love them.
Love them. Hard to pull on at first, yes, but fine after that. Wouldn't say it's TOTALLY opaque, but nearly. The panty section is thinner so you can't use them as leggings all the way up. But LOVE their feel and rip resistance, and though it CAN roll down after hours of sitting and slouching, the wide waist band is AMAZING. Wide and fitted without constricting at all. 2 wears without wash stretches them to drag-down levels, so wash after each wear. Not sure it would be all that hygienic not to. My only suggestion: Bring the price down to $20-$25 and women will buy in bulk. At $35, anyone on a budget starts with one and hopes for the best. Small fit my 5'4/115lbs, short legged, chubby thigh frame. Would have been fine 15lbs ago too. Just a LITTLE BIT of surplus length.

Beautiful but Snagged and tore almost immediately
Very comfortable, not totally opaque but not aee through. Fit perfectly! Unfortunately they snagged something and tore within minutes of being on-luckily easy to hid under my dress for an interview but not able to wear again!

high quality tights
This is very good, like some others I have. It is very well constructed with high quality. It fits as expected and extremely comfortable to wear and not cutting into my belly, but it rolls slightly at the top. The main reason I bought this was to see whether I can avoid that "muffin top" effect. I am 5 ft tall, weigh about 100 lb and order a small. The muffin top is apparent when my tights are tight at the wrong spot, especially true with some unforgiving dresses. The muffin top is not very obvious, but I just don't like how it looks. With the commando tights being $36 and not serving my purpose, I will not repurchase.

So small I couldn't pull them up past my knees
I haven't bought this brand before, but I did look at the size charts. They were so small I couldn't pull them up past my knees. Color and thickness seems nice, though.

Very Sleek
My pair was mismarked as "maternity"--when I asked about it, I got a nice reply from the shipper telling me the label was wrong. In fact these are just a very good pair of regular opaque tights. I don't think a pregnant woman would want to wear them; though they are quite stretchy, they also are tightly knit and high waisted.

there is no binding waistband
I read about these tights on a fashion blog. I couldn't believe the price. I am so sick of tights that bind I decided to splurge. They are worth it. They are well made and comfortable. The yarn feels luxurious and they are completely opaque. The top reminded me a little of how they make maternity jeans but instead of the way the difference between the denim and the stretchy material meant constant awareness of the transition and continual tugging, these tights are integrated and immediately comfortable. I can't stand a waistband that cuts in and shows up under your clothes. These tights leave no lines and did I mention they do not bind.

Not as run resistant as you might think
These showed up on a New York Times list a few weeks ago and I was in the market for a good, sturdy pair of tights for the winter. The article touted that they were pretty strong and didn't run very easily. When they first arrived it was difficult to put them on. For reference I'm 5'10" and 240 lb. Once they're on its not too bad. But they did get a run the very first time I wore them! And I don't even know how it happened since I didn't feel them catch on anything. I work a desk job and I noticed the run right after my lunchtime. I am so disappointed. For the price I paid,I expected to get few uses before getting a tear or hole. I wouldn't recommend.
