Works really well if you have to take opioids. The prescription stuff is so expensive and this is more natural anyway. I usually take only 2 at a time as 3 does cause cramping😉.

They really didn't help me much. My friend swears by them but she has a different brand name. I don't really know if that makes a difference or not.

So I bought this wanting something more herbal and natural as possible without upsetting my stomach. I was not paid for this review. So if you are looking for something that taste good, well this ain’t it. The size of the pill is pretty much like most not a small pill. However, if you have a seriously weak stomach I would suggest trying one to see how you react to it. It recommends 2. I just take one. So having issues (hint hint) I took the 1 pill and let me tell you, it does work within 12 hrs for sure. It is not like a laxative that we think where you will be in the bathroom for the weekend. It is more of a stool softener with a nudge to get things moving. I do recommend drinking a lot of water or electrolytes. Otherwise this product did its thing. No adverse reactions other than it gets things moving.

Total waste of money… this can kill.
