Essential. I am still alive and not immune compromised.
Use to get the regular and didn't know this one exists that is true to original recipe. I have been consuming this for general immunity health for almost 20 years. It has served me well through all the ills of the world, including as critical to the last big one. I was not sick for more than three days, after symptoms and positive tests.

Seller seems to sell product that expires the same month it is sold. It is over priced. Also one of the two sent had it seal opened before it arrived. Does not seem to be an honest seller.

I had to research online. And had to research the ingrients themselves. I try to avoid added sugar and harmful sugar like substances. The 2nd ingriedient on the list not a good one. My search will continue. Maltodextrin is not generally better than sugar, and it can have negative health effects: Blood sugar Maltodextrin has a higher glycemic index (GI) than table sugar, meaning it can cause a sharper increase in blood sugar. This can be dangerous for people with diabetes or insulin resistance. Gut bacteria Maltodextrin can reduce the number of good bacteria in the gut and increase harmful bacteria. This can damage the intestine and increase the risk of inflammatory bowel disease. Other health issues Maltodextrin is often found in processed foods, which can lead to other health issues like high cholesterol and Type 2 diabetes. Additiveness Some scientists believe that maltodextrin has addictive properties and can intensify cravings.

Must have for winters.
Dabur chawanprakash is an excellent product. It is very helpful keeping your immunity at existing level especially during winter. Must buy product. Additionally comments for seller : need to use more secure packaging so that product actually reaches customer and don’t get lost in transit like mine did
