I live with my 80-year-old father, and he tends to wander around late at night, so I need to make sure there are lights on, so he doesn't fall or kick something. Frankly, I got tired of the night lights from the Dollar Store and the crappy bulbs. These are FABULOUS! I believe we're up to 10 or so in the house. I leave them plugged in all the time. Right now they're primarily in the kitchen, the hallways, and my father's room. When the room lights are on or if the sun is shining in, they stay off. As soon as it gets dark, they pop on. (It's kind of funny to watch them turn on and off when you flip the light switches!) Absolutely worth the money! They give me peace of mind and are actually a really decent, quality product. The light is bright but not offensively so and there are 2 levels of brightness to choose from. I have mine on high, but I have a wandering octogenarian around, so... Even the higher level is not overwhelming. We've had them running for several weeks now with no issues. I'll most certainly be getting more for other areas of the house.

The light isn't motion activated, but it goes off instantly if you turn another light on, and it goes off instantly when you turn another light off. We have a bathroom with no window, but that room has also always served as 'the nightlight' because it is centrally located. With this little light of mine (:-)), it's bright enough so a person really doesn't even need to turn the main light on to use the bathroom, and it is just bright enough to be able to navigate around in the middle of the night. There is a slide at the top that adjusts the brightness (two levels), so if we DO need something brighter (like to use the bathroom), it's easy enough to just slide/click it over. Small enough so it's only using one outlet, I can flip it upside down in case I want the light but also want maybe need to use the top outlet for something else. My only 'con' would be that it's almost too sensitive to external light. One other room I had it in I had to move it closer to the window because the nightlight was turning on before I really needed it (yes, I could have pulled it out of the outlet, but that defeated the purpose of the dusk-to-dawn feature.)Certainly would consider it a good buy!

These are perfect for bedrooms and hallways, not too bright.

The lights are a nice glow but they stay on even with daylight on them. It had to be really completely bright in the room for them to turn off. Not exactly what I wanted. Good compact size.

I bought this unit to replace a fading green luminescent nightlight, getting this color to avoid a blue effect as it is in my bedroom. There is a switch for adjustable maximum brightness and even with it turned to minimum it is quite bright and safe at night. With regular room lighting on it dims to a more golden Amber and does not go out unless directly struck by a beam of light through the Venetian blinds which are normally closed. I am more than satisfied. I am only using one at this point, thinking of use for the other.

This I love!!! I have a small bathroom in my bedroom, and instead of turning on the bedroom light that is bright 😖 I have this soft light on and I don't have to be woken by the bright light in the room. I bought another set for a friend who saw mine. I may order another pair for my kitchen.😉🤗

I had to put white tape over the front of the light. I left the sides uncovered so it was just enough light.

They are small but they are bright. Satisfied with what I have.
