At first I could not understand the directions but I found a video on Google to explain the process. Once you know, it is simple to use and I see a big difference after several applications.

At the time of posting this review, this product stands at #147 in tooth whitening kits, which doesn't fill me with excitement. That's based on sales volume rather than performance but the two often tend to track each other. So not the best of starts before the box is even opened.Inside the box, it all looks very impressive. In fact, it immediately gave me positive vibes and I had high hopes based on this instant first impression.But obviously the only thing that matters is: Does it make your teeth whiter? And I have to say that I'm not even sure that it does. The best I can say is that the improvements are marginal, so one thing's for sure: Don't expect miracles. I would say that the increase in whiteness isn't much different to the results after cleaning the teeth very thoroughly with a top-notch electric toothbrush (mine cost about £400) with equally top-notch whitening toothpaste. I can't day that this device makes any significant difference beyond that. It's just very subtle, that's all.This could be because there's no hydrogen peroxide in it, which is well known as a tooth whitener but also something that damages the teeth as well. Instead, this uses 12% PAP + Potassium Nitrate which is supposedly less harmful but I can't help feeling that it's not as aggressive as hyrdogen peroxide. PAP is Phthalimido-Peroxy-Caproic acid, and it's a new, non-invasive teeth whitening technology, which apparently causes minimal damage to enamel.The price is reasonable but that reflects its true worth, I am obliged to say.At the present time, the highest rated teeth whitening kit on Amazon UK is B08W51M26J - average rating 4.7 from early 1000 reviews, and it's cheaper than this LuckinSmile product.

I cant comment for teeth whitening as that was not my intended use. Used for gum health as this is a stated option.Used as advised in the instructions. Gums became visibly worse plus my lips thinned. Luckily i have an led device for the face which i was able to use over my mouth to revive my lips. I'm extremely unhappy though.The red light is more pink, perhaps that has something to do with it. Or perhaps the company lacks quality control to ensure the leds are giving out the right wavelength of light. I don't know. All I know is my gums, which had returned to a healthy colour using a different device (which suffers from a fatal design flaw, meaning water gets in, necessitating the search for a replacement...) turned a much less healthy colour and showed signs of inflammation after using this.I'm also questioning whether the materials used in manufacture are food safe as the removable bit which you place in your mouth has a strong chemical taste. It is very unpleasant.Returning the item and seeking a refund.

The kit arrives in a lovely box with the brand name and picture embellished on the front, the box is strong and sturdy so protects the contents well.Inside you find an easy to read and follow instruction manual, a colour chart, the UV mouthpiece, a charger and 3 whitening liquid pens.I am always quite apprehensive when it comes to teeth whitening kits as I know that a lot of them can do more damage than good, especially to the enamel and sensitivity of the teeth. I was happy to see that there is no hydrogen peroxide in this kit which made me feel a lot more comfortable in trying this.The whole process was very simple and straight forward and is easy to fit into your day, I found no sensitivity after using the product or any adverse effects which as great. I feel that it did have a slight improvement but not as much as I was expecting, but this is a natural product and with no adverse effects it is easy to keep using this each day to hopefully achieve the whiteness you want.Overall I am happy with the product, the kit is very good value and worth a try.

I think this is a good teeth whitening kit , I've tried a few in the past but this one is the first one I've used that uses cold light technology, I can definitely see a slight difference so far , the set is well packaged and presented in a small box , it's very easy and straightforward to follow the instructions that are included.The process is really simple but takes a bit of time to complete, add the gel onto your teeth without getting any on your gums , bite down on the tray and let the light do it's magic as it reacts with the gel, keep it on for 15 mins or so , then don't eat or drink for 30 minutes.The set is really well made and very easy to use , you just need a little time to do each treatment, I've not seen a huge difference but definitely noticed a slight change so it was definitely worth trying.I think it is good value for the price and has a professional look and feel to it , a good way to improve your smile from the comfort of your own home , the pens and tray are easy to use it's a simple but effective process.I'd say for £30 considering the price of some teeth whitening kits , it's well worth a try.

My son has been using these and he doesn't feel that there is a great deal of improvement, though to be honest his teeth are in pretty good shape and colour anyway. He wanted to use these as he drinks quite a bit of coffee and felt that there was some room for improvement in the whiteness. He followed the instructions and carried on using these but perhaps his teeth are still too good yo see a great deal of difference.
