This Anjbo Creations decorative hula hoop is 38 inches when extended, and 19 inches when collapsed, making it very easy for children of pre-teen age to use, and very easy to travel with. The collapsible hula hoop is also more easier to store than a non-collapsible hoop. Just grasp hoops at the connectors, twist into a figure 8 shape and fold in half. Once the hoop is folded in half, pull the top of one end over the top of the other to lock hoop in place. This hoop is sized for teens and adults. Adult supervision should be adhere to if hoop is used by young children. This product should only be used for it's intended purposes; spinning around the waist. Do not use around the neck.
