This is a great camera for the price. Video and sound quality are excellent. Set up is relatively simple, getting the SIM card in is a little fiddly. The App is not that intuitive but fine once you get the hang of it. Talking of which, in messing with the App trying to fine tune the detection I managed to get the alarm constantly sounding. I contacted customer service via the App. To be honest I was not expecting much. The response was very quick and their first suggestion was correct. Very impressed with this level of service. If you are thinking about cameras and a little apprehensive about getting them set up I would recommend this seller, good product, great customer service.

The camera is very clear, it works perfectly at night and the price is fair for the purchase.the sound is heard very well , you can talk through it , very easy to use

I bought this camera because I already had one of their indoor cameras, so this would use the same MiPC app.While the camera itself is great, the app does leave something to be desired. I haven't had any major issues with the app, but it can be slow to load at times and is not the most user-intuitive setup. But it functions enough to serve its purpose.The camera itself has a great picture. I installed a MicroSD card to record locally and avoid using the cloud, and I really like the ability to access recorded video over WiFi so that I don't need to get a ladder out to remove the card from the camera.Overall, it's more than worth the price at $20-30

If I could give a negative 5 review I would. The picture quality was great. However, the camera requires the use of the MIPC app to connect to the network. This app worked for a little over a week until the last app update. After that time it would not connect to the wifi at all. Just says not connected to network. If I plug in the ethernet cable it works, so I know there is a bug in the app that is blocking the wifi access. There is no way to contact the app developers. I now have a useless camera unless I can find a 3rd party app that will work with the camera.

Camera is operating excellently after 7 months. Hot summer and cold Fall; very high humidity, no change in the operation. Great night vision, color, recording to SD card and viewing, control by App. Fixed view from my garage to street 100+ feet excellent quality view. Installing was easy, app response is immediate and voice thru camera speaker is loud and clear. This camera provides great VALUE for the $$$!! Got another one and installing it today. CUDOS ON THIS FINE PRODUCT!!

Camera was a pain to sync. Excellent night vision. Audio really was non existent for receiving end, pretty good to hear though. Only worked for about 2 months and will no longer sync. Keeps telling me password is wrong for my wifi. Even changed my wifi password and tried again. Deleted and reinstalled the app, nothing worked.

The media could not be loaded. The camera quality is good. The night vision on it as good as well. You can buy storage on the app and it also allows you to zoom into things. You are able to go back and watch footage fromdifferent hours and days and you are also able to speak from it and hear audio.

Easy to install, it gives options on how to connect for use. We installed ours inside the home facing outwards so we can see outside day or night, there’s voice 2 way, so when my animals are home alone it’s easy for me to speak to talk to them and hear them barking at me (lol) the auto brightness and contrast settings work great from night to day. Highly recommend
