I cannot get this to sync to a mac no matter what i try. i tried the usb a data port but the mac doesn't see the ipad. does it work?

Hello, We can confirm that you must directly connect your iPad to your Mac without the use of the hub if you were trying to sync them together. The charging cable that was included with either your iPad or Mac should allow you to sync your devices with each other. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or concerns. Many regards, Satechi Technical Support

If i plug the usb c charger that comes with the ipad into the back of the unit, will it charge the ipad?

Hello, thanks for reaching out to us. We confirm that connecting the type-C charger to the USB-C PD port on the back, you will be able to recharge correctly your device. kind regards, Satechi Technical Support

Can I connect a wired printer, monitor and mouse at the same time?

Hello, A monitor can be connected but only one USB-A peripheral can be connected at a time since there is only one available on the hub stand. If you had a Bluetooth mouse paired, you could certainly use it and the printer and monitor connected to the hub stand. We hope this helps! Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or concerns. Many regards, Satechi Technical Support

Will the hub support iPad Pro M2 2022 6th generation?

Hello, We have tested and can confirm that the hub stands for iPad Pro is compatible with the new 2022 M2 version. Keep in mind that the USB-C port is specifically for pass-through charging and will not support video output or data transfer. We hope this information helps! Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or concerns. Many regards, Satechi Technical Support
