permanent black tattooed eyebrows after using light brown pigment
don't know how I will be able to fix my now black tattooed eyebrows after using the light brown product that I purchased. I shook the product extremely well prior to use. The ink went on looking black and never lightened up. I blonde hair and black eyebrows that I will now have to go to someone to try to at least fade the color since I don't know yet if could be done again with a lighter color.
