I have recently purchased the band as I was having issues with a lack of strength-exercises while losing weight on my diet. I have looked at various options, but this band packs all essential work-outs into one handy tool. It is light and handy so you can bring it onto your socially-distanced walks or to the park. It seems durable, and as a matter of fact, it is also kind of cute! And a massage ball has been included in the package, too. Before I decided to purchase, I was considering signing back up for the gym membership, but the prospect of wearing a mask while doing cardio and it getting sweaty did not seem promising or something to get excited about. I am already feeling my muscles building back up. Also, an instruction manual for simple exercises you can do is super-helpful. It got me going right away without a personal trainer having to be there. Cannot wait to see the results of few weeks of regular exercise... I Will update soon enough!
