Works as intended
One itβs set up, works really great. A bit hard to screw the pegs into really compact soil, I had to use a metal bar. Hard threading the straps into the buckles, use a pair of tweezers. We had a heavy wind today, less shake on the rv and the springs took all the shock. Looks like it will last for many years.

Gives us maximum use of our awning
Could not really get any use out my awning because of constant fear of wind gusts in our area. This anchor kit (along with deflappers) has totally solved the problem. We leave our awning out nearly all the time, even overnight or if we go out for several hours without any fear of losing our awning.FOLLOW UP: with the tie downs in place, (and two deflappers) has easily withstood sustained wind speeds of 50kph (30mph) and even higher wind gusts

Tied down
This was one of our greatest purchases for our camper.Wish I would have gotten years ago. No more taking a walk or bike ride wondering if a gust of wind is going to wreck our awning.A good nights sleep with awning out. Easy to set up. Piece of mind. 2 thumbs up.

Wouldn't put my awning out without these
Easy to setup and leaves you feeling safe that your owning won't fly away in light winds.Living in Eastern Canada the wind is always blowing a gail and without these tie downs I'm not sure we would ever get to use our awning.

Perfect for gusty Manitoba
I use this on my camper van awning, against the random gusts that come up. Also keeps my van from shaking on breezy nights.
