Most passionate book written on calculas, not less than poetry. If you did not read the book you are living under a sand grain. the book can be comprehended even on reading it while laying in bed.

Also can be referred by any one in the house.

This is a somewhat easy book on calculus. It had bad printing by GK publishers but somehow I read all of it. This is a book which is worth doing if you are wanting to begin calculus and proceed to a bigger book like Thomas calculus or Calculus Early transcendentals or you just want to learn the basics in calculus which you may have forgotten. Previous knowledge in trigonometry, geometry and algebra is beneficial and this book touches topics in them often.Here are some views:1. A chapter on limits and continuity is missing. You may have to learn it somewhere else.2. It has errors in answers of chapters about integration.3. Printing is sort of bad with thick and obscure letters at places.4. Answers are given for all problems and they are all correct in some chapters while some are wrong in others.

Awesome book to read....!!!!!

I had a very bad calculus teacher which put me off the subject completely.Recently came across this book and it is genuinely MUCH easier to understand than all these big fat books.

The book has very good theoryBut better than that, it has excellent examples and problems
