This mouse has pluses that most mice can't claim: -Bluetooth -Wireless 2.4GHz via USB Dongle -Wired for use and charging while being used -Customizable DPI Switch -Lots of RGB, Macro, and Custom Options via Unleash RGB Software -3-Year Warranty -EVGA support has always been great (for me,) based in Cali -Customizable side DPI Shift switch -Mouse Wheel can Scroll Side to Side While I've never specifically looked for a mouse that can work via wired, 2.4GHz w/ USB Dongle, or Bluetooth, I've purchased A Lot of mice in my 20+ years of gaming and building PCs, I don't remember seeing one that could do all 3. Best Potential con I can think of is, when using it via 2.4GHz or Bluetooth it switches itself off pretty quickly, regardless of your power settings for USB. I guess it's a power saving feature when being used wirelessly. Not a con for me, it always wakes with a quick shake or click. I've now purchased a Lot of these, and usually get a couple when they go on sale. I've been using one of the original 3 I bought since Sept. 2023 without issue. Right now they're my default option for a mouse. I currently use this mouse for gaming, I leave the USB wire plugged into my gaming PC, then disconnect it when I'm on the go and use the Bluetooth connection on a notebook PC. It's a better gaming mouse than one I paid around $100 for. I've included a pic of the detachable bottom where you can stow the USB dongle, a feature I haven't seen mentioned yet. The mouse has multiple sensors and is even accurate with a mild liftoff. With all the available features the X20 provides the biggest overall bang for the buck in a mouse that I've ever seen. I've not encountered any of the issues in some of the negative reviews. Like I mentioned, it does shut off rather quickly when being used wirelessly, but always wakes for me, and I would never use a wireless... anything when I'm gaming. I strongly suggest to all my friends and clients to use wired devices for stationary use, and only suggest wireless for people that I know will need a mobile solution. The X20 checks all those options. It is definitely all some type of plastic, with lightly textured areas along the sides for grip. Mine has been dropped, on carpet, and knocked down a few times by a kitty, pretty sure on purpose, and mine still works fine. But when looking at the price point it's usually offered at, and the great price when on sale, I don't expect titanium :)

-------UPDATE 6/12/2024 ------- My mouse has been acting up with the scroll wheel not responding and very sluggish. After deleting the old drivers and reinstalling and cleaning out the mouse nothing worked but an RMA. It lasted 6 months and for 19.00$ I am not upset. Lost one star because I sent it to EVGA and lost out on my Xbox Series X mouse as I used it wireless and the pc Bluetooth. Just beware of the scroll wheel and I will update again if for some reason I get screwed over on my RMA --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You will NEED to download the EVGA software that you'll use with you mouse and perform the recommended firmware update before using to maximize the life and performance of your mouse. Start off by saying EVGA has been a rock-solid name and brand in the gaming community for a very long time and I will admit that even though EVGA makes solid hardware that was in the GPU MOBO PSU areas of gaming. My personal experience with this brand might and probably will differ from yours and that's okay because this is based on a personal experience and a multi-year relationship gaming around EVGA. No more Video Cards but stellar mouse and keyboard(s). I'm going to share some of my thoughts and opinions on this device. Rather you agree or not well let's just say maybe we can help others decide on their purchase. Pros Pricing at time of purchase ($19.00) USA Bluetooth/Wireless/Wired Triple Sensor System 5 Profiles with customizable settings LEDs with Customizable settings Software to update your mouse and adjust settings Leds and such. Macro(s) I use Bluetooth on my PC and Wireless on my Xbox Series X (Separate playing of course but that's an option) Customizable sensor settings for mats and it has an option to set for gaming or office or basic use. It really works but I feel maybe it adjusts the DPI sensitivity automatically maybe don't know a guess. Cons Battery seems to die quicker than my other Bluetooth mouse(s)(Razor Logitech Steel Series) Cord gets in the way if plugged in to the keyboard usb and is too short to plug in PC (used for charging and wired option) The Sniper button sits too high and off set for me and i am a claw type of gamer. (big hand friendly) The weight seems a bit too light. I'm used to heavy, but you be the judge. Conclusion A well-rounded budget option for anybody wanting to use a Bluetooth and wireless mouse. (Time of purchase) I did charge the mouse completely before using and update the firmware and would recommend you do the same before you use it. make sure before your return window expires that your mouse is working in every aspect it has to offer. I have pushed this mouse hard from the start and it's amazing. Time will tell and ill update in the event of a failure or issue. I purchased this mouse a couple years ago or so and it has lasted me without failing! The DPI switching is nice and easy and doesn't feel choppy. It feels pretty comfy and ergonomic in your hand without causing fatigue which I've noticed with other budget mice. The weight is ever so slightly heavy, but it's not too heavy that causes any dislike. All of the buttons work awesome. I personally never use the "sniper" button, but it works as it should.

There is a well known issue with EVGAs X series mice where they used a cheap plastic connecting gear/rod for the scroll wheel. After 2-8 months it shears itself and the scroll wheel no longer registers rotations. It just happened to me. I was scrolling on a website like normal, then suddenly It felt like there wasn't any mechanical resistance when rotating the wheel. It's completely unusable. This isn't some easy fix. It's a mechanical flaw where it literally breaks, and can only be fixed by sending it in for refurbishing. This problem has been known for YEARS, through multiple different model updates, and would cost them next to nothing to re-design this one simple part to be made with metal instead of plastic. A simple search on Google will bring up lots of posts reporting this problem. Keep in mind even if you send the mouse in to be refurbished, they will simply put in another defective cheap flimsy plastic gear that will also be a ticking time bomb and destined for failure. So there really is no actual fix for it. This was the most expensive "premium" mouse I've gotten. I figured I'd spend a bit more and get a mouse that will last much longer than cheaper gaming mice I'd used in the past. Well this EVGA X20 is a piece of absolute junk, and couldn't last even half as long. Which is a shame because the mouse fit my hand well. I got "lucky" and got a whole 11 months out of mine (Whoopie). Some people are reporting this issue in as few as 2 months. You will seriously get more lifespan out of a cheap generic $10 budget mouse than you will out of this one. At least I would get a few good years with them. Stay far away from this poorly designed lazy scam of a product that EVGA still have the gall to sell. This should have been taken off market and updated/fixed YEARS AGO. TL;DR: Dont be tempted by the dirt cheap sale price. There's a MAJOR reason why this $70 msrp mouse is on sale for 15 bucks. You're literally better off buying a red dragon mouse.

Edit Feb 5, 2025: I had to drop it down to 3mstars as my honeymoon is over with this mouse and it stems to just one thing. It does NOT have smooth scrolling mouse wheel like Logitech mice have, and it's not just that, it's downright hard to spin the mouse. I have to either dampen my index finger or put some liquid on my index finger to make it grab the wheel and spin it, if I don't then I have to exert harder pressure on the wheel to spin it and find most of the time the wheel is not spinning even though I'm moving my finger basically because it's too hard to turn. If they added the ability to have a smooth scroll like Logitech has or just made the wheel not so ratcheting I'd rate this a solid 10, but as it is, it's a 3/10 as it's too difficult to roll the mouse wheel. /End edit What a great mouse, I'm not even going to say "what a great mouse for the price" it's just plain and simple a great mouse so far. I've only had it for 3 days but so far it's only used 7% battery power in three days without having the RGB lights on starting on day 2 as I just don't like RGB on my mice, I dislike the distraction of my mouse lit up moving around my mouse pad.. I've got very large hands and this mouse fits so comfortably. And the price? $19.99 is a fantastic price, I'm use to buying $99.99 Logitech mice whose left and or right mouse buttons start acting up usually around the 6 month mark, this mouse easily compares and some might say surpasses the Logitech MX Master 2S and 3S mice other than not having a smooth scroll or less ratchet design mouse wheel. It's got nice feedback that I've clicked a mouse button with an audible click and firm click feeling to it. I really dislike silent mice that give no feedback that I've pressed a button on them, this one definitely gives me feedback that I've pressed a button. I did disable the fwd and back buttons as I never use them and do sometimes press them unintentionally, so I don't miss them at all. The it aim button that reduces the DPI to like 400 I've remapped to my keyboards 1 key for the games that I play is a key that I would hit frequently and so it works great for me to remap that button. The rubberized sides of the mouse make it easy to hold onto, unlike my last $20 mouse purchase that is nothing but hard plastic which made it near impossible to use, but this EVGA is easy to hold onto. I may buy a couple more if this one holds up as if I even only got 6 months out of it, it would be money well spent for a mouse like this. No more Logitech mice for me that lose their clicks at 6 months. My last Logitech mouse gave up on me and I didn't have the receipts but contacted Logitech that asked for my serial numbers and shipped me 7 new MX Master mice to replace mine without even wanting back the original 7 mice, unfortunately the only good thing about the Logitech mice nowadays is the warranty service but not longevity. I hope that EVGA continues to make this mouse as I'm sold on the EVGA X20 at $19.99. I wouldn't pay Logitech $79.99 to $99.99 price for this EVGA mouse but at it's current $19.99 price tag I'd buy these any time I need one.

Used this for 2 years straight, and now the mouse scroll wheel gave up. I had fixed it earlier when there was build up on the inside of scroll wheel, this had caused missed inputs when scrolling. Now I think it's broken on the inside, so there is no input at all. Idk what to buy next cz I liked this on a lot, especially with so much room for flexibility at 20$.

I loved this mouse 10 years ago and I love it now. It's aged very well. Seller had several available for under 20$. Right now $20 may buy you some random branded cheapy mouse or on rare occasion a refurb razor. But I bought 2 of them. One for joke and one for work. While the micro USB is the least charming of the deal it's fine because it's still a great device that does both Bluetooth and dongle based wireless. The DPS adjustments are well done without having to customize it and it fits very well in the hand while offering a very premium look. Only downside seems to be that the battery doesn't seem to hold up very long when on standby. I don't use it much at work but do find myself charging it once a week. For the price though I got two of them for 28$ and that's a steal in my book for a gaming mouse that came out when EVGA used to be the top dog in PC gaming. I always liked how their GPUs were closet to reference design than others at the time. I had a monster Fermi GTX card from them at one point. Seems so long ago now. So it was nice from the nestolgic point to purchase them and stand out in an era over ran by cheap gaming peripherals or overly expensive legit branded ones.

I have both x17 wired and x20 Wireless Evga mice. I'd take the x17 over the wireless x20. x17 has more features, x and y dpi able to go over 1000hz up to 8000hz. Slightly lighter. but x20 isn't bad either.

Llevo usándolo poco más de tres meses y hasta el momento me ha agradado mucho, se programa fácil, su batería es buena y verdaderamente cuando lo cargo ni me doy cuenta que tiene el cable puesto, solo los leds no son tan fuertes pero es un mouse, así que no se puede pedir mucho

me encanto el diseño y lo que trae, todo se siente de mucha calidad y pesa

No puedo deslizar la rueda por que esta lisa y ha sido extremadamente frustrante Es una lastima por que confiaba mucho en esta marca, los materiales y el diseño están hermosos pero definitivamente el problema con la rueda es suficiente para que necesite comprar otro.

Muy bueno el mouse y todo,. pero cuando no tengo batería y lo conecto al cable ya deja de funcionar, tengo que esperar a que cargue para volverlo a usar, también el Bluetooth falla mucho tengo que desvincular y vincular cada que lo voy a utilizar, es un fastidio seria mejor la versión cableada pero este lo compre por que me lo llevo de casa a trabajar y viceversa.
