Good product that cuss down on descaling operations on your coffee machine.
A great alternative to buying an expensive De'Longhi water filter system the softballs will last 3 months at a time.

These seem to be quite effective
This is the first time I have used this type of water descaler, they appear to be quite effective.

Difficult to know if it works
This is supposed to reduce limescale (I live in a hard water area) but I don't know how well it's working. My bean-to-cup coffee machine still asks for descaling periodically, I think this is governed by time and intensity of use rather than any measure of scale build up. Coffee doesn't taste any different to me. Hopefully the softballs will make the machine last longer but even that will be difficult to confirm.

So far not much difference with residue in cups after several days of use even with filtered water also. Time will tell I guess but I live however in a very hard water area.

Enfin un accessoire utile à mettre dans le bac à réserve d’eau de ma cafetière. Moins de dépôt calcaire dans le bac Durée—> je renouvelle ce sachet tous les trois mois
