Hello, Yves Rocher is a Brand that places plants at the heart of all its products. This is what has made its identity since its creation 60 years ago. All our products are created from plants: we select from more than 1,100 ingredients of plant and natural origin studied by our scientific experts, those which are best suited to the cosmetic benefits of each product, which respect the integrity of the skin and have less impact on the planet. Our products can be considered 100% vegetarian and more than 600 product formulas are vegan and do not contain any ingredients of animal origin. When there is no satisfactory alternative, we allow ourselves certain natural ingredients from animal production whose harvest does not harm the integrity of the animals (natural secretions such as Honey or Beeswax). These derivatives are used to contribute to the efficacy of the formulas and to improve the sensorial experience of the users. Hello, Most of our production is done in France at our three Brittany manufactories that make nearly 380 million products annually, which is almost 89% of our products. In a few rare cases when we don’t have the expertise in making a requested technology, we will call in specialists. For example, our Vertige Eye Liner Pens are made in Germany. Have a great day!
