Can playdoh be used to make the food?

They give you playdough to use to make food so yeah you can use any color playdough you want my daughter does

can this doll go into water? is she waterproof?

I would say yes, because the baby can eat and drink. My daughter takes baths with them. I would recommend finding a good place to dry them.
