Ho comprato per errore il gomitolo di lana pensando fosse di cotone, come altri della stessa marca che già ho. Ho quindi attivato la procedura per il reso. In neanche 24 ore mi hanno reso l'intero importo e mi hanno anche scritto che non dovevo rendere il gomitolo!!! FANTASTICO!!!!
