This clock has lost only about 9 seconds in a month.That makes it one of the more accurate low cost clocks on Amazon.Frankly the competition sucks badly.I had a La Crosse that was losing 6 seconds PER DAY. For a clock that I'm going to mount on a wall and not want to mess with more than 2 times a year, that's just crazy.Granted, I've had more accurate wristwatches, and given the space that these wall clocks have available, there's no excuse why they could not be as accurate as a moderately priced wristwatch. These should be accurate to about 10 seconds in a YEAR if they're doing quartz time correctly. I like this clock. It looks nice and holds time well enough to keep me off a ladder.*************** Update 10/24/2016 *****************Six months later, the clock has lost 45 seconds as compared to the official US NIST time, which is what I set it with when I put it up on the wall. That's pretty good. I'm a happy camper.************** Update 6/12/2019 *******************Since I bought this 3 years ago, I've had to reset it's time on only two occasions. Generally, it's only off time by about 1 minute in each year of use. Excellent accuracy, averaging only 5 seconds of error per month.

I was planning to get a much cheaper version of digital clock (about half price) and get over with, all I want is a large digital clock in my living room to replace the analog one. I didn’t care about the brand and too much feature.After I read about the bad reviews on my original planned to get clock, I realized this kind of digital clock all have readable issues. When read in not straight angle, the digit that is not light up may also show, so it would read like 88888 for everything. So I think to get this brand name instead of no brand and pay for more.I like it a lot after I receive it. It’s my ideal size, the contrast can be adjust, and it’s very clear and clean display. There is almost no way to read all 88888 unless try to read in very extreme angle. The normal use won’t give me any trouble. Although it’s not back light, it’s readable in a dim light situation. The temperature is very accurate.If I really want to complain anything, it’s the SUN-SAT that is a little bit too thin. I usually can read everything from a 12 foot distance, but I can’t read the SUN-SAT that far. It’s same size to the temperture and other smaller digits, but it’s too thin. I won’t deduct any point because of this, the overall is still 5 stars for me.

Just received today. Easy to set, didn't even have to look at the instructions. Wood is not real, it is plastic painted to look like wood, which I figured it would be when I bought the clock. If it lasts like the Casio watches I've bought for years, should last many years. A little harder to see in a low lit room compared to an analog white face clock, but that is to be expected. The digits (hour/minute) are 2-1/4 (2.25) inches tall. When the clock is shipped, there 2 pieces of plastic film, one over each part of the LCD display. Peel the film off slowly. Don't know if it would damage the display if you try to rip them off quick, but I wouldn't chance it. They are stuck on there pretty good. I like the fact that this clock IS NOT a radio wave/self setting clock. I've had a couple of them in the past and they both went bonkers after a while. I don't trust them.

This clock is attractive and easy to size of the numbers makes it easy to read.. I left off one star only because it is difficult to read without direct light. Otherwise, it is a nice clock.

Bought this clock to replace my old one. Its good but unless you look at it straight on you can't see the numbers but looks nice on the wall.

A Very Good Product and working accurately so far. Got delivered last week of Nov 2016.UPDATE: It's 8th Sept 2018 today ….. The clock is running very well and smoothly Had to change the batteries once till now. A GREAT PRODUCT FROM CASIO

Quería el reloj para poner en una balda sobre la tele. El reloj es bonito, además tiene la fecha y la temperatura de la habitación. Sólo tiene un pequeño problema en cuanto al soporte si no quieres colgarlo en la pared, porque en alto sólo se ve a 90º y con el soporte hace un ángulo inferior. Compré una pequeña estantería en Tiger para apoyar el rejol y poder ponerlo a 90º; así lo veo perfecto y problema solucionado, por eso no le doy 5 estrellas.
