is this kiln dried? Can I use it in my pizza oven?

The hickory chunks are very dry. I use them in an electrical smoker outside. If your pizza oven is in the house I wouldn't recommend using them. The chunks produce lots of smoke and the smoke smell might be overpowering in your house.

Is this just wood, nothing added? Wanting to use it for my parrot, she likes to chew stuff like this over toy blocks.

Just large and small pieces of wood. Some of the larger pieces have bark some don't. Good for smoking don't know if it's for a parrot. Its $6 a bag try it.
