I had a previous lenovo since 2019, so almost 3 years, and other than having Wi-Fi issues, which I solved, it was fine as far as using Word doc.Word is important to me since I'm a writer. I've owned this laptop for about two and a half weeks now And Word doc keeps crashing. I could be mid sentence, erasing something, or using the read aloud function and all of a sudden it crashes and reboots. I have updated word, uninstalled, reinstalled, did all the fixes, plus even updated to windows 11 but the problem continues. I will be returning.
