YSQYSQ Nasal Wash has been a wonderful find! I love that it works with gravity and is gentle. I've used the Neilmed for years and hated that "rush" of water up my nose because you have to squeeze the bottle to push the solution up and out. With this bottle, there is no squeezing, just a gentle flow of water. When my kids get sick, I recommend using the nasal rinse to help with congestion. They hate the Neilmed and they would just deal with the congestion. They tried the YSQYSQ Nasal Wash bottle and actually came back to use it multiple times without any prompting from me. Very happy customer. Wish I would have found this years ago.

There's no real force with this, ulike the squeeze bottles so water slides down your face and if not leaning forward enough, right onto your clothes. I used the adult tip. Although the bottle is larger than the custom squeeze bottle, you have to look into how much water to put in the bottle that is equivalent to the Salt packages if you use them because it will be too diluted. In the end, it's a bottle used for your sinuses nothing special.

only thing i guess if it was plastic that was squizable i could control the presure it was much greater , but over all i am happy ,

Don't know why I bought this I can't swim so when water gets in my noise it hurts.....BADLY! so as for a review we'll it does what it say it would press the button at the bottom and water starts spraying out so that works.

I like to use it for my girls. Only complaint is that is a little hard to squeeze.

Easy to use, works great. I use it myself and on the kids and it saves us doctors visits. It really helps to prevent middle ear infection. I like that the bottle is big enough to do a deep wash of both my nostrils without needing a refill.
