great cleanser with lactic acid
This cleanser does have lactic acid so make sure to use sunscreen during the day. The consistency of this cleanser is on the thicker and rich side, it is almost like a moisturizer than your typical cleanser. I always do a pea sized amount and use a bit more water to activate the product. It doesn't get super watery and you could find it a little hard to slather all over your face. However, that isn't a bad thing, it just requires some extra effort to push the product around your face. The cleanser doesn't leave my face feeling dry although I would still recommend to moisturize afterwards, which is what I always do. There are little orange beads (probiotic capsules) in this but it isn't a rough exfoliant at all, very gentle. I also noticed there is added fragrance, which is listed in the ingredients, but it isn't an overwhelming scent. I found the scent to be pleasant although my preference is always 'no fragrance', but not a deal breaker if there is a bit of a pleasant scent.I was actually quite pleasantly surprised by this cleanser and enjoyed using this product. I also appreciate the brand for posting their ingredients list on this Amazon page for full transparency.

A thick, creamy cleanser - avoid eye contact
This product is a rather thick cleansing cream. It comes nicely packaged in a cardboard cylinder with a metal cap. A little goes a long way so start with a pea-sized portion. I prefer to use it in the shower so I can allow the water to spray freely for a complete rinse. When finished, my face feels cleansed and not too dry, but I moisturize immediately regardless of the cleanser used. The fragrance is very mild and slightly medicinal. The little beads don’t seem to add to the cleansing quality, nor do I think they break down or dissolve, but I may be wrong. I wouldn’t depend on it for eye-makeup removal as I wouldn’t want to accidentally get any in my eyes.I think I’ll stick to my less fussy facial cleansers that don’t make me worry about eye contact. This product may work well for others though.

Great cleanser
This cleanser has been really good for cleansing, moisturizing, and exfoliating my face. Even after using this daily, my face never becomes dry. I really like that because my skin is dry so this definitely doesn't make it worse. The ingredient list is excellent as well because it includes some key ingredients like AHA and kombucha ferment. The bottle is pretty big too so this will last me a while.

Good for sensitive skin
Great for my sensitive skin, cleans very well and doesn't dry skin at the same time. Over time noticed that my skin looked good, with no irritations, and pores a small. To wash the whole face it doesn't need a lot of product. The price is not very cheap, but I'd order it again. Also is came beautifully packed, can be a great gift.

Use With Caution
I’m sure this product must be good for some people as it promised results. When I ordered it I looked at all the images which usually have the ingredients listed and did not find them. So I was under the impression this was a natural and safe product. I didn’t realize I had to scroll down to ingredients and the Safety Warning and Precautions that I found later on. This information was on the package that was delivered inside a canister to protect the product. Initially, I looked at the video which showed a woman washing her face by putting the products on her cheeks and then rinsing, omitting her forehead. When I read the dangers of the product going inside the eyes I understood why. As for me, I always cleanse my entire face including my forehead. This morning I figured I would give it a try anyway. While taking a shower facing the glass door I began to apply it leaving out my forehead. I put the product only on my cheeks and nowhere near my eyes. Within less than a split second my left eye began to burn feeling like a tiny particle got inside it. Maybe it was from the steam of the shower that caused an atom to become airborne that made this stinging occur. I immediately washed it off and kept rinsing my eye over and over again for at least 50 times or more. The result was an irritated eye even after hours later. This product did not work out for me, and in my opinion it can be dangerous. Though, I understand it might work out for others.
