After the last year and building myself a new desk I was looking for a new chair, this one was reasonably priced and with my back problems I needed something that was supportive yet comfortable. I had tried out chairs that were at least 200 dollars more and aside from the transition between the lumbar and upper support there is a bar that is not padded and was digging into my back when I would recline. 4 dollars of closed cell foam fixed that problem though. Overall this chair prevents me from slouching down in my chair and keeps me in a position that helps my back tremendously. I was also skeptical of the mesh material this feels like more of a cord than the light mesh I would have though it to be, our cat typically scratches at it and it has yet to give way. As for long term support and durability we will see but this chair is extremely comfortable I am 6' 185 and it fits me great.

Make sure you look over the listing pictures carefully. Though this chair is certainly not for everyone, it can work for the right person. And by the “right person” I mean that’s probably going to be a smaller person.Both the back and the seat are mesh. This makes it a little bit more “bouncy” than some other chairs which have a padded seat. But it also makes it very breathable, so you don’t sweat.But you will notice that the back is in two pieces, plus the headrest. There is a wider back section at the top, and then the lumbar support further down.This chair offers some flexibility as far as moving things up and down and so on. Though the listing shows there is a 275 pound weight limit, I really think it’s quite a bit below that.This chair is made in China and being sold by Chinese company on Amazon. At the current price of 260 bucks it’s probably twice the price it should be.

it's really comfortable. The seat provides just enough support without being uncomfortable. Highly recommended.

Has to be one of the most uncomfortable chairs I’ve ever sat in. There’s a plastic support bar in between the lumbar and back support that basically puts a line of pressure on your back. I’m 5’11 and about 190lbs, so it isn’t a weight thing. You dip in the chair making it difficult to sit up right. The chair doesn’t sit upright enough to support your back while working on a deal, and when you lean back it tilts so much that you have to catch yourself when it falls. I paid $150 for my last chair that I had to sell because of a move and it was a lot more comfortable. I tried spending a little more to get more comfort and boy did it backfire. This chair is not made with comfort in mind and whoever says this thing is comfortable must be used to using a rock for a chair. Returning mine ASAP!

Although the instructions were pretty easy to follow, you definitely need two people to assemble this chair when it came time to screw in the lift mechanism to the bottom of the seat. So that was kind of bummer - fortunately, my husband was home. The handle that raised and lowered the seat was nonconventional - not just pull up on it and the seat raised like most chairs - it was more like it had to be twisted - and the day after I got it, I tried to raise the seat with the handle as directed and it would not raise at all! Also, I found the mesh seat to not be as comfortable as I would like ... So I sent it back for a refund ... luckily, the merchant refunded my money without any issues ....

Was easy to assemble but arrived like it was thrown off a cliff and though it’s still a chair and is comfy, looks like crap help to get her with electrical tape from the damaged panels upon arrival.
