A remote that works.
The remote was everything I hoped for. Had no problems.

Didn't work
My husband wanted a remote for his Smart Fire TV that had channel numbers on it. This did not work with our TV. (6/7/23 Update, the seller contacted me and offered a full refund. I was really surprised. Even though I wasn't able to use the remote, no fault of the seller, I have to give this seller a 100% in customer satisfaction.

It works straight out of the box, no set up involved--except for the batteries. Buying spares.
I need a turn key design, no set up required. This tv is in a nursing home, we replace remotes regularly due to loss or damage. The item costs about $5.00 more than the universal remotes which always have set up issues. My beloved one can't do that. Easy to use and read without glasses, often used keys are colored to stand out and don't stick. Put in the batteries and go. We check it on our twice a week visits, it works even after being dropped more than once. Buying additional for back up.

Batteries Not Included
My new remote did not come with batteries. I don't remember if this was noted on the ad at the time I purchased it. Just a heads up for anyone considering to buy it. It did arrive on time and it works well, once you put your own batteries in it.

Remote Does Not power On!
This is the second remote ordered and did not work or buttons light up! Several different new batteries were used with no difference!

Works like the original one
This was to replace a controller that stopped working. It was the original one that came with the DVD/CD player. This one works just like the original did when new.
