I’ve been using this product for several years now, I’ve never received a bad or smelly product. I absolutely love it for my growing puppies who are the PICKIEST eaters. This works good to keep weight on a dog that is getting old. It doesn't eat like it should.

My great Dane has always been a little bit underweight. He weighs about 110, but should weigh more like 125. Unfortunately, at 1/2 cup 3 times a day, this bag only lasted a couple of days and it was extremely difficult to get him to eat it and I’m seeing no change at all which I suspect is because I didn’t do it long enough because I can’t afford hundreds of dollars in a week to use this product. Doesn’t smell very appetizing. :(

We have a senior Min Pin who has been losing weight and muscle mass over the years. We love bully max products and we always purchase their Weight Gainer through here, unfortunately today we received our order and not only was it about to burst and leaking, it smelled HORRIBLE. Definitely went bad, I figured we could return it and get a new one but they do not offer returns. This is very unfortunate and I believe its very unfair. Not sure if we’ll keep ordering it anymore.
