Regular folders are 2 wide with side tabs for my classroom organizer, so I bought these end tab folders. They are holding up very well, except for a few students who are particularly destructive with their materials. For regular use, I expect these to hold up all year.

You are receiving a folder with the front panel 9 inches vs 9.5 inches. In my opinion, front is too short if you keep a lot in your files. Smead is very good quality, but Amazon’s description does NOT MATCH THE IMAGES they posted.

File folders - end tab
The folders, and expecially end tabs, are very sturdy. I don't have room for a large filing cabinet in my home office so I am going to use these folders and a wide shelf. I am very excited to start my new filing system.
